It's her wedding day and there is no groom in sight. But why should Amelia Brice be surprised? Hiram, Lord Friar is known for having no gentleman's honor to speak of and his jilting her on their wedding day makes it official.
Ejijah Banks cannot allow his childhood friend to continue to be shamed this way. It's more than an hour past the time the wedding was to start, and that bounder still hasn't shown up. Unable to sit still a second longer, Elijah does the only that that seems logical from where he stands: kidnap the bride and take her to Gretna Green in order to escape this scandal with one far more forgiving for a young lady's reputation.
So then why does his new bride seem angry with him and rebuff his advances?
Elijah is the gentleman she'd always hoped to marry, but though he was merely the third son of a baron and she the daughter of an earl, she'd never felt worthy of someone like him. Especially now. Try as she might, she cannot find the words to tell him of her situation and ruin the good fortune that has befallen her, but neither can she keep the truth from him.
But when Lord Friar threatens to reveal her secret, it's up to Elijah to save her from public humiliation once more by revealing a few of his own...
His Jilted Bride was a fun walk through Regency era England. Amelia is a vibrant and beautiful character that believes she has a deep secret - one that she must find a way to tell Elijah. Elijah is not only her husband now, but has been her friend for as long as she can remember. I very much admire Amelia for her morals and sticking to her beliefs - and even though she struggles to tell her secret, it's obvious that she wants to and just doesn't know how.
Young Elijah ran from Amelia and her feelings as a boy, and now regrets every single minute of it. When he sees the woman Amelia has become, he knows that they were meant to be together. But he has a secret as well - one that he can't reveal just yet.
Watching the two characters become comfortable around each other was a wonderful experience. The best way I can think of to describe this book is "fun". There is a bit of excitement, a lot of romance, and many enjoyable pages. It is not necessary to read the first two in the series in order to have fun reading this one.

About Vampire Forgotten:
Forgotten in the mountains of Romania. Forced to live a life he didn't choose. Suffering the daily pain of loneliness. Spending an eternity without the touch of a woman's hand.
Though damned as a vampire, Rhad Valentine has been given what some might call the gift of psychic sight. He sees it as a constant reminder of real life going on without him - a life he cannot live.
Mischa Bonovich is on a desperate mission to find her missing sister, Rianna. Led to the mountains of her homeland by the faint call of Rianna's voice, Mischa needs Rhad's gift and his strength.
Wild hunger, both foreign and welcome, drives Rhad to his knees. He'd never held a woman so soft. Kissed one so responsive. And in spite of his inner protests, he'll do anything to help her. Anything to feel just one more touch of her hand.
In the dark forests of Romania, Rhad's desire won't be quenched until he tastes what only Mischa can offer, but first, he must save her from a man who has nothing to lose. A man who holds a deadly secret that could tear Mischa from Rhad's arms before love can happen.
About Rachel
I started writing years ago, and my first attempt was a contemporary romance that will never see the light of day. I think I may even have thrown it away by now. It was absolutely horrific as I knew nothing about well…anything to do with writing.
After that, I started writing fantasy romances about wizards and wizards, and once those took off, I segued to paranormal romances (hello, vampires and ghosts) and romantic suspense. I also write articles for various magazines, including The Writer’s Journal, Writer’s Magazine, Writer’s Weekly, Writing for Dollars, Absolute Write, and Funds for Writers.
I’m fortunate to make my home in historical Charleston, South Carolina. Beautiful city. Beautiful people. When I’m not writing, I love to read, create videos, keep Target in business, play visitor in my city, and drink lots of coffee.

Reviewing:
I wanted to post some helpful tips to start readers out in reviewing. I keep
seeing so many that thinks re-telling the story is reviewing. Remember you’re
not doing a book report as you did in school; you’re doing a critical analysis
on what you just read.
Here are a few helpful things you can address when you’re
reviewing a book.
The
whole story: Did you like it or not? Why did you like it or not?
POV’S?
Was it first person, second persons or third persons? You’d be amazed some
people don’t like reading first persons POV.
Who
is the attending audience for the book?
Would
building: Was it easy to understand or not?
The
characters: Did you like them or not? Why did you like them or not?
Tell
some about how you pictured the hero and heroine. Like were they strong,
sloppy, or just mean?
Other
characters: Did you like them or not? Why did you like them or not?
Was
the sex hot or not? What did you like about it or not? Was it too much and why
was it too much. Was there taboo things in there you know others won’t like or
will like.
Did
the setting draw you in and why?
Was
there too much story being told and not enough romance?
Make
sure you keep your word count down as much as you can. Good rule is under 500
words. Just keep in mind people doesn't have all day to read a book before they
get to the book.
Villains:
I love a good evil villain, so tell me some of what the villain was like without
spoilers.
Would you recommend the book or not?
Most
of all, please don’t give out spoilers unless it’s necessary.
You
don’t have to do everything listed above but this is a good start. Basically
you need to sit back and think about the book you just read and then start
writing your feelings. Now, if it’s a book you really hated, than I do suggest thinking
about it a few days before you write the review because sometime things will
settle in your mind and you just might start liking the things you hated, if
not just be kind. Remember to have respect while you write your review, you have no clue how many hours or how much
money that author put into that book, besides someone else might just like it. I
have bought a many books others didn’t like and loved it.

I am looking for reviewers that can read mainly paranormal romance and erotic paranormal romance. We do get a few other sub-genres in, but not a whole lot. This is an adult romance blog and I like to stick to that category, so no young adult.
Please, don’t contact me unless your serious about doing this. I have had several want to do it and take a book and never heard from them again. That’s not fair to me, I have to answer to the author or publisher. Most people thinks this is just something fun but it’s not it’s work and authors are counting on us to be honest and on time, as I am as the blog owner. I need people who wants to do this all the time and be serious about it.
I do have to limit this to US and Canada residents only, reason I can't afford to mail books international.
There is a few requirements: I'll need to talk to you over the phone and be prepared it will take a bit to go over some things.I cannot take anyone that already reviews or owns a book blog. I will need reviews done and posted on the blog by 14 days.
First, I want to thank Laurie
for letting me invade her blog today. She was the first blogger who contacted
me and said she just had to interview me after reading the first book in my
Woods Family Series, SURROUNDED BY WOODS. So ending my tour on the last book in the series
at her site is bittersweet, but totally fitting.
It’s been almost two years
since the first book was released, which is really hard for me to believe. It
was the first book I’d ever published, and I’ve learned a lot since then. I’ve
also accomplished so much during the past two years as well. I just signed a
contract on the 14th book that I’ll be publishing and have achieved
PAN status with the Romance Writers Association. I’m not making Maya Banks’
kind of money, but I’m at a place in my life where writing isn’t just a hobby
any more. And I love that!
I often get asked why I write
paranormal romance, and the answer is simple. Because it’s awesome! There’s
nothing like reading a book and not knowing just what the hero can do, or the
heroine… hell, even the villain for that matter. When reading contemporary
romances, the characters have limitations imposed on them, so that element of
surprise is missing. Don’t get me wrong, I love reading all kinds of romance,
but there’s just something about paranormal romance that satisfies everything
this reader needs in a well-crafted story.
Unfortunately, some people in
the romance industry might disagree with me on that. I went to a conference a
few weeks ago and couple of the editors there—from major romance
publishers—said they’d felt paranormal was on its way out and contemporary was
the hot new thing. *sigh* Just because women snatched up copies of the Fifty
Shades of Grey trilogy in record numbers doesn’t mean that that’s all we want
to read (BTW, I haven’t read that trilogy… I might be the only women left who
hasn’t). The way I see it, fads come and go. Sure, contemporary might be hot
right now, but that doesn’t mean we need to neglect our shape-shifting,
vampire, angel, witch, and demon characters we love, too. My iPad can store a
bunch of books and doesn’t care which genre they’re in.
So let’s keep our love for
the paranormal genre alive. When Fifty Shades fades into the darkness, they’ll
be a hot demon lover lurking to take its place.
In the meantime, if you
haven’t tried my paranormal series, you can get book one, SURROUNDED BY WOODS,

downloading it, just go read Laurie’s review on it. ;-)

Summary:
This is the Promise series. An eclectic mix of Urban Fantasy/Paranormal Romance/Thriller/Drama with a supporting cast of vampires, various shifters, half demons and some we may not have seen yet. The series for the most part covers the life of recently widowed Sarelle McGarran.
When young widow Sarelle McGarran finds the vampire Danial Racklan unconscious and hurt in her woods, intuitive concern quickly becomes passionate love. Together Danial and Sar work to overcome their own past heartbreaks, their vastly different lifestyles, and Danial's relentless enemies.
Yet Danial needs more; an Oath of forever. But Sar is surprised by a betrayal of her trust in Danial. Shocked at Danial's betrayal, Sarelle returns to her old home to consider her options. Yet even as Sar plans a reconciliation with Danial, things take a turn when Terian (another life she has saved) arrives, confessing his desire.
When Theo witnesses Terian and Sar kiss, he angrily confronts Sar, leading to startling consequences which complicates her love life even more.
When Theo disappears, Sar is left bereft, the uncertain guardian of Theo's newly born werecougar daughter, Elle. As months pass, clues emerge about Theo's disappearance, yet the twisting trail ends repeatedly without answer.
In her grief, Sar turns to Danial and hesitantly begins to build a life with him and Elle. The search for Theo will ultimately yield some answers but what other dangers are still following Sar that she has forgotten about …

Magda, the last of a long line of witches descended from the
legendary Witch of Ein Dor, must find the secret of her family's magic. Alone,
pursued by SS werewolves, a Nazi wizard, and demons, including the one that has
