Character Interview with Sam Cheever characters Draigh and Ardith

Draigh and Ardith Interview

Good morning! I'm Sabrina Michaels, Paranormal News Network. Today, I'm really excited to be interviewing the two people who are going to save the world from being overrun by horrible, nasty zombies. And with the possibility that the apocalypse might be coming any day now, Ardith and Draigh may turn out to be good people to know. How are you two today?
Ardith: Great, awesome really.
Draigh: I'm fine. I'd be better if I were out doing my job. That witch is creating more zombies for her army as we speak.
Oh, okay we'll talk fast. First off, can you tell me about your two organizations. You're both witches of a sort, is that correct?
Ardith: I'm an Epoch Mage, actually. We're able to travel through time to manage magical situations.
How exciting. The Epoch Council was started right after the Salem Witch Trials, right?
Ardith: Yes. Our job is to make sure nothing like that mess ever happens again. When someone steps out of line we bring them in and put them on trial in front of the council.
I see. How about you, Draigh? You're a Sorcerer?
Draigh: I'm a Sorceri Bounty Hunter. We hunt down magic users who break the law and take care of them.
Um, when you say take care of them you mean…?
Ardith: They kill them. Ruthlessly. Like animals. No questions asked.
Draigh: Shut up woman! You have no idea.
I take it you two often find yourselves at odds.
Ardith: snort
Draigh: Obviously you have an advanced degree in understatement.
What exactly is the problem between you two…I mean…erm…your two organizations?
Ardith: It's simple. Epoch Mages believe everyone has a right to have their side of the story heard. The Sorceri believe everybody has a right to do things the Sorceri way, or die.
The two women look at Draigh. He shrugs.
Draigh: I actually agree with the witch on that one. Except I'd add that the Epochs are incredibly naïve and hopelessly inefficient.
How about the two of you? I'm sensing real tension between you. Can you tell me why you dislike each other so much?
Ardith: How much time do you have? The man's a beast. He's massive and bulging and overbearing…
Draigh: She dresses like a whore and she's bossy…
Ardith: As you can see, he's uppity and judgmental…
Draigh: She thinks she knows everything…
Ardith: He doesn't listen…
Draigh: She charges blindly into situations with no care at all for her own safety…
Ardith: He hogs the shower…
Everybody blinks…Ardith's face turns red…Draigh shifts in his chair.
Alrighty then… So what's next on the docket after you two finish this job? Will the Epoch Council and the Sorceries Authority work together again?
Ardith: Doubtful. We really don't work together very well.
Draigh: Grunts, nodding.
What makes this assignment special? Why did the powers that be decide you needed to work together on this one?
Draigh: Because this rogue witch is dealing in death magic and she needs to be stopped.
Ardith: Apparently many Hunters and Mages before us have tried to capture her. Nobody has been able to do it.
Draigh: She's a tricky bitch.
So your bosses must think highly of you…to give you a job nobody else could accomplish?
Ardith: Snorts
Draigh: I think they're just running out of suckers.
Okay, well good luck in your search for the rogue. I really hope you get her. I don't relish having the world overrun by zombies. (Shudders.)
Ardith: I'll get her. Don't worry.
Draigh: You'll get her? Come on witch, you can't even enter a lust bar without starting a brawl.
Ardith: Ha! At least I'm not afraid of heights like a sissy girl!
Draigh: Scowls. Maybe not, but you are afraid of being underground aren't you? You get all clammy and twitchy like a hell hound in a church if your feet even sink a few inches into the ground.
Ardith: You're an ass!
Draigh: Cold hearted, skank dressing…
Sounds to me like you're a perfect match…
Ardith and Draigh: Shut up!
(Flinches.) Until next week, I'm Sabrina Michaels, Paranormal News Network. We scribe, you decide! Have a good one everybody!

Thrown together by the elders to chase a rogue witch and save the world from flesh-eating zombies, they bounce back and forth through time, battling not only evil but their own stubbornness in trying to deny their blistering desire for each other.

Characterfest interview #3 with Astra by Sam Cleever

Astra's Interview with the Angel City Bugler

Astra Q Phelps recently did an interview for the Angel City Bugler, during which she gives readers some wonderful insights into how she got her start as a kick-butt demon slayer and all around tough Tweener.

* * * * *
R: Hello Astra, thank you for joining us today, we love your books and were hoping we could get to know you a little bit.

A: Hey! How’s it going? You got anything here that needs to be blown up or vanquished?

R: Uh, well, no, not really. I have an ex-husband… But no, forget I said that. I just wanted to chat with you for a few minutes.

A: You don’t want me to save the world?

R: Um, no, not right at this moment.

A: Oh good. Okay.

R: So, Astra, you certainly lead an exciting life. Vanquishing demons, fighting off devilishly handsome Royal Devil Princes, and saving the world, how does one get into this line of work?

A: It doesn’t hurt to be born a Tweener, with a powerful Seraphim for a father and an equally powerful Royal Devil as a mother. It’s not an easy gig you know.

R: I can imagine. Can you tell us what exactly a Tweener is?

Paranormal Romance / Erotica
Authors request

When an earthquake shakes the very foundations of life in Vista Loma, California, their growing feelings for each other will be sorely tested, as they try to fight their basic natures while dealing with things well beyond their control.

MY REVIEW:

SEXUAL:

Fantastic Story! Erotica is HOT!

Now this short 100 page story Wow’d me. I absolutely love Valkyrie stories anyway because they always kick ass, take names, and make great heroines and that’s exactly what Bellona is when she saves her hero Gabe in the end. Gabe the fallen angel is no slacker for he is a warrior in his own right and when these two come together they are perfect for each other. The story was fascinating and I loved the connections between the characters with lots of fighting action. The mythical God’s, the Butterfly Fairies, the Vampire, and all the sister Valkyrie's only added to the stories greatness. The romance and erotica scene was HOT! HOT! HOT! I look forward to reading more books from this author.
