different proteins, cheese, veggie sides, desserts, and sweet treats.
I especially enjoy the chapter on marinades for the grill and smoker
because I often find it challenging to come up with easy, numbered steps for preparing each recipe. Not all recipes have images,
but many do.
I recommend this book to anyone ready to fire up their grill or
