It's a very interesting world that revolves around the slave trade and the Assassin's Guild. The master and slave relationship between Dzer-Jin Vonn and Ahno'ee starts out rough and without trust. Through BDSM and a no bonds knife play session their relationship builds full of passion and growing trust. A very sensual and exciting read.
I've seen a few other books based on stories where earthlings are kidnapped and made to live as mates on other planets. Don't think I've read one like this one though. lol Sounds interesting.
