This is another first author read that I found to be a very thrilling suspense. I enjoyed the writing and the detail that the author took in writing the case. This is an excellent romance story with a couple of sex scenes. I would suggest not to go into this story without light or a full stomach (if your that type) because the villain is very twisted and the author lays out the sinister tale on how the villain takes out the pray and it’s not pretty.

Cole and Megan’s relationship starts off good until her brother gets trapped into a murder crime and it looks like he is the one that did it. They fall apart from there, until Megan gets a call from a friend that has seen a murder. From there Megan starts putting together the two murders and drags Cole right into the middle of something he wants nothing to do with. I enjoyed all the characters and I am looking forward to reading about Megan’s Brother Sean in the next book.

I recommend this to any romantic suspense reader that likes romance along a dangerous thrilling ride.
